A few new and rediscovered findings about KL:

gosh, i sound like some magazine journalist. bah, who cares. i'm currently in this ' I Don't Care What People Say ' kind of attitude now. the proof of today was when i wore this slingbag of my sister's, which i always had thought was ugly! in terms of practicality, i just wore it down the fashionable streets of Bintang Walk; i barely felt any sign of embarassment when noting the difference of the fashionistas' trendy slings with mine.

Don't get me wrong though, i don't compare all the time. Hehe!

So to sum up my day, it wa indeed pretty fruitful; my stomach agrees so, eh? *nodding down on abdomen

Here's a few things i found out:

  • I seem to have forgotten the wrath some KL motorcyclists have when we're on the road. You block their way, the mildest expression of anger they give you is either honks or looks of disgust, the most extreme, well! You would know.
  • Jalan Ipoh, a road very near to my housing area, is famous for selling bathroom appliances! I had no idea. There, I've done my advertising, anyone up for renovating their bathroom?
  • Kelab Diraja Selangor, which is funnily situated in KL? :/ , though out-dated and pretty much has less than exclusive facilities, is actually a very exclusive club! They have a limited number of members; a new recruit can only join in unless an existing member dies or leaves the club or something.
  • AND THE FINAL AND BEST BIT! ok, i told myself should i ever bring PJ friends to eat good KL food, i'll just drop them at the Lot 10 Hutong Foodcourt. believe me, they house alllllllll the famous traditional hawker food in one place, in a very modern setting. can you imagine, eating all the good food there, with super cheap prices, in an air-conditioned space?!

so yeah that should be about it, except for a very good-looking pair of jeans, rm 75 yo! , I'm gonna go off reminiscing that crispy breadcrumbed chicken chop; best i've ever eaten since Chilli's Country Fried Chicken (!!!!! love), and that bowl of beef sauce noodles, with a bowl of assorted beef soup and a plate of kailan steamed to juicy-sweet perfection.........

omgeeeee.
